Description:​

 

Answer calls and emails professionally

Respond to customer inquiries
Research required information using available resources
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Provide customers with product and service information
Enter customer information
Identify and escalate priority issues
Follow up customer inquiries where necessary

 

Requirements and Skills:

 

Proficient in basic computer applications and internet
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Good data entry/keyboard skills

Telephone Sales Agents

Description:

 

Cold or hot dialing leads​

Persuade customers to purchase a product or service based on sales scripts​

Adjust sales scripts to better target the needs and interests of specific individuals

Explain products or services and prices and answer the related questions

Obtain customer information and enter orders into database

Schedule appointments between sales representatives and prospective customers

Conduct client or market surveys

Entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information
